Hey all, I have what I believe is a 1989 Fat Chance. It's NOS with the signed hangtag still hanging on the seattube. Serial # 04149F. Serial #'s predating 1990 are confusing to me. I'd like to verfiy the year. Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
