Can you identify this stem?

The Seller indicated that it was a Ti stem that was originally painted. He mentioned that the Maker was an Air Force Engineer and this was constructed from F-16 Landing Gear parts.

Any information would be appreciated.

2nd Arrow, they were using Aermet 100 for frames. It was used on F-18 landing gear. Here'a a scan of Jan. 1995 MBA (same issue had a review of the Fat Chance Ti)..
